However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel their donation, SHRI PRABHAKAR SINGH MEMORIAL SOCIAL WELFARE TRUST will respond to the donor within 30 working days of receiving a valid request for a refund.
The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send SHRI PRABHAKAR SINGH MEMORIAL SOCIAL WELFARE TRUST a written request for a refund within 1 day of making the donation to SHRI PRABHAKAR SINGH MEMORIAL SOCIAL WELFARE TRUST's official email spsmswt2021@gmail.com, along with the payment receipt and personal details necessary for initiating the refund.
In case a person feels that their debit/credit card or bank account is used to make a donation by another person, they can raise a request within 3 days.
The decision of the board of trustees regarding whether to approve or disapprove the refund of the donation will be final and binding on the donor.
We seek to retain personal information only as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.
We may disclose information as required by law, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors, or users and as necessary to enforce our terms of service.
